New generation intelligent vector elevator integrated controller
It is a direct docking technique based on the principle of distance control,and N curves(no segment speed)are generated automatically. High-performance vector control gives full play to the motor performance,so as to obtain better comfort; Built-in accurate real-time clock,providing rich time-sharing controlfunction,convenient for building intelligent management.
Safe and reliable
In the control system, the 32-bit ARM microprocessor is introduced as the control core to make the system control accurate and reliable and get a stable ride comfort. An independent speed monitoring device is added to monitor the running speed of the elevator in the whole process, which is safe and reliable.
High efficiency and energy saving
In the drive system, permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as the power source,no reduction gearbox,no excitation current, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and maintenance free.
Frequency control
In the control of opening and closing the door, VVVF variable frequency speed regulating door motor is adopted to make the opening and closing more stable, and the noise of opening and closing the door is less than 55dB.
Light curtain induction
In the elevator door protection, the light curtain inductive protection device (light curtain)is adopted. The non-contact protection device allows passengers to enjoy more considerate protection. It is no longer easy for passengers to cause collision panic like the mechanical protection device (safety contact plate).
